The bright and modern studio apartment with double bed and sofa bed for a further 2 persons has a separate, modern equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, etc. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.

In the large living and sleeping area is the double bed, a dining table for 4 people as well as a sofa bed. The apartment has satellite TV and internet connection via WiFi as well as air conditioning hot / cold. The terrace overlooking the pool is equipped with another table for 4 people.

In the well-kept garden area there is a large pool as well as a smaller children's and baby pool and for the relaxation and the sun bathing sunbeds are provided. A sun umbrella to take with you to the pool or beach is available in the apartment.

The studio apartment offers you absolute privacy in a quiet and secure residential complex. Directly adjacent there are residents parking spaces and public parking is also available. Within 3 minutes walk is a shopping center with many shopping possibilities like supermarkets, boutiques, a big variety of restaurants and bars, another shopping center is a 5 minute walk away.

Bus stops are right in front of the door, here you have low-cost connection to Marbella to Málaga every 30 minutes.

If you are traveling by car, you can drive to Marbella for a relaxed shopping trip in only 10 minutes. In just 30 minutes you are at the airport or in Málaga to visit the Picasso Museum or the Alcazaba. In just over an hour drive you will travel to Granada to the Alhambra, the Sierra Nevada or the delicious tapas dinner in the old town.

Prices

Additionally to the indicated price will be required on arrival:

• 80 € once per stay for the towels, linen and cleaning.
• 150 € security deposit, which will be refunded on departure subject to inspection.
