The bright and modern apartment offers a fantastic sea view. It is fully air-conditioned, with a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and underground parking with a the lift directly to the apartment are also available. The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 chairs and dining table sets as well as one sun-lounger for relaxation.

The complex has 2 outdoor pools and a children's pool, the deck areas are equipped with sun loungers and parasols to relax and enjoy.

The apartment offers you total privacy in a quiet and secured complex, with a remote you can access with car the underground parking. It´s just a 5 to 10 minutes walk to beach restaurants and bars or a 5 minutes drive, respective 20 minutes walk, to the main town centre where are Lidl and many other shops for shopping.

From the apartment you can easily visit interesting touristic locations.  It´s just a 8 minutes drive to Nerja´s Oldtown, 30 minutes  to Málaga (Picasso Museum), 50 minutes to Granada´s Alpujarras, 75 minutes to Granada (Alhambra).

Prices

The cleaning fee and the security deposit are due on arrival and have to be handed over to our administrators when the keys are handed over.

• € 75 for cleaning, towels and linnen,
• €150 security deposit, refunded on departure subject to inspection.

On request a cleaning can be done during your stay, scope and cost must be clarified on site with our managers.
